There is no market access department here. He has done absolutely zero. This is why he is no longer in that position. Meanwhile we all suffer in the field. We are working our tails off and the patients cannot get this product and doctors are frustrated.

We need more than luck- so far all he is done is hire cronies from his past that are earning enormous salaries that are not contributing to the bottom line. We will have a “restructuring” of the sales force because we won’t be able to sustain all the ELT salaries. We need people with business and marketing backgrounds- not Pharm D’s. Enough is enough.
