 yes that definitely doesn’t scream confidence to stay.  I’ve lost all confidence in our executive team.  I really hate to admit but our national director who I had the outmost respect for and looked up to her as a role model for women in business has failed us.  I would never consider hiring her as a director.  She has built this team to her liking and she is 100% accountable for the failure of this company.  I remember one representative had to give her ideas on the pilot program.  She knew nothing.  Italy please make a change as soon as possible.
