The problem with diets

Hi I am doing a little research for a project in my Health and Physical Education college course. I was wondering what is the biggest obstacle or problem with following a diet day in and day out. Is it time? Is it discipline? Is it not knowing the right foods or the right portions to go on your plate? I would love some feedback Thank You so much

Don't eat out and you'll be fine.

In truth if your BMI is above 30 and it's because your out of shape, not some huge bodybuilder and you have yo-yo dieted for years what you need to consider is weight-loss Surgery.
I am not telling you which type nor am I pushing banding ( kind of on the outs now). It's just that it works better than anything else I have seen.

The problem with diets, is you're always hungry. Then they want you to exercise, which makes you hungrier. Hard not to cheat.

Ain't that the truth. Diets only work when I go on vacation in Europe. The whole pace of life is different and the urge to eat is just not there. Even when I do eat, the food is much better and leaves me feeling full without getting heartburn or bloating. American cuisine just sucks. The lifestyle of the average American doesn't make it feasible to eat sensible or even eat meals on a regular basis.
