Longest -tenured because he has no shame, just doesn't get it, never will and just won't go away.

Most well-respected. Not even close to being well respected. In your dreams he is well respected. Well-respected by whom? For what...disgraceful performance.
 




The entire industry is a disgrace. Unethical managers lie as a means to keep their job because heaven forbid they have to find work elsewhere. Pharma sales takes little talent. Beware of those with psy d who use it to manipulate. Very two-faced. Beware of managers transferred from home office to field sales who also lack sales talent as they are also very disregarded and disrespected--- Or is this the new definition of respect? Lying, manipulation and deceit are prerequisites to being successful in this industry. Of course, pharma sales is not real sales anyhow. Only marketing to the metric list.

YEP - sad because they are in denial. Everyone out for themselves and will throw anyone under the bus or do whatever they have to do (LIE) to get ahead or keep their high paying 'cushy' job.

This reminds me of when the credo survey at OMP was so poor, the idiot senior leaders trying to figure it all out actually said in a meeting, "Why are they so unhappy? We didn't have a lay off this year." They have no clue and neither does the board of directors.

I voted all of Weldon's cronies out (except Gorsky, I actually like and respect his realism) I also voted FOR the shareholder initiatives listed on the last few questions which go directly against the board. Go ahead and do the same and you'll sleep like a baby!!!!!
