Yep I agree with a lot of the previous posts regarding our culture. It is gone forever thanks to the most inept leadership I have ever witnessed. A lot of us were talking at the Area Meeting and another example of horrible leadership is how the current bonus is structured. We have Reps that all are doing the same things and working equally as hard. I have now witnessed some of these top ranked reps first hand and am not impressed whatsoever. What I mean by that is that they are not any better than any other rep here and in a lot of cases worse. Yet the discrepancies between reps bonus payout is enormous! More power to the reps that are simply lucky and will take home a crap load of cash. I am doing really well also, but I see reps that are much better than me getting totally reamed! There has to be reporting problems or something fishy going on because I know a lot of great reps at the bottom of the bs ranking report. I realize the mental midgets in charge will never do anything outside of the box when it comes to fair compensation and we will most likely keep the same unfair bonus system in place. After all it takes "leadership" to recognize a bonus system that isn't working fairly for all, and actually do something about it. We have lost a lot of great reps due to lack of fairness and leadership and I fear it will continue as a previous poster mentioned. When the brass at the top refuses to save the sales department from a punitive micromanager that is a non-leader, well we might as well forget it. Morale is extremely low and no one seems to care.
