What a crock of #$#$....I just read this on the web site.....More like 3rd rate leadership, zero opportunity for professional growth unless you were a former JnJ hack who got pulled in to create the optic of keeping this pretense for a company on life support.

Can believe LF is running Savient. No wonder it's in the tank. Worked with him at JNJ and he was the guy we all laughed at as soon as he left the room. He'd walk in like the king cheese, always had one or two of his lackeys with him, answer a couple of softball questions and bless us with his presence and wisdom, then move on. Always left us with new material to snicker at.

LF and TC could care NOTHING about the culute you little rubes are not spouting off about here at Savient. These two d bags are as bas as it gets, and the train is straight dh frm the station with these pilots at the helm. Shit TC was a titatnic failure at J&J long time ago, wiggle your bs to as many losers whom are willing to listen and boom, TC is now a National Sales Director as Savient. LF, what needs to be said, the arrogance, lack of all professionalism, inability to have a movement of difference making sales under this current sales messages and sales genre is borderline insanity. But what so they care? See they dont, this is all being played leg a lego's game with the house's money, the reps are lowest on the pecking pole, SAvient would not blink a beat nor would the sales of K if the entire salty K salesforce was pulled indefinitely from the field starting tomorrow. There would be absolutely NO uptick or down swing of the tiny little claims activity that was treating water prior too..... this company did exactly what it needed to do, panic, clean house and continue to field an overpaid, irresponsible, unaccountable 50 odd warm bodies to go out there and hit on the RHU doors with this new exciting K infusion....bla blal ballllalalalalallalalallall......

no rep from SAvient is having any conversations with even x ray tech's that they were willing to toss a fee bagel and smear to in the hall on their way up to the real super-target. That interaction between the janitor and the SAv. rep is the most they will have this entire quarter. How do these people still have jobs? Talk about a steal of the century. Sign me up!!! Be a man, get out, let us the investors and the DOJ see the game plan for K, form the very last page to the current day blunderfest of errors and miscalculations galore. Crack upon some of those "resource pieces" and sales aid tht you dbags have been driving this green-earth with and let us, the people who funded you antics and golf games, take that deep dive and look into you accountability to SELL
 
Everyone is looking for a new job! The RBDs and all the TsMs! At JNJ LF would put people on PIPs when things were not going well. So if your on the bottom beware the PIP is coming
 
PIPs are the easiest way to reduce the salesforce without paying a severance. No one is safe unless you are selling a ton of K. Whenever there is a corporate cleaning in the home office, the field is next.
 
If they are going to clean house can they at least start with that moron in the basement D-Cross. I am told he failed in spectacular fashion at J&J ( seeing a theme kids ) and he knows nothing but how to strut around look busy. And to think I let this idiot give me an STD!!!
