Agree. Be on your best behaviour as Pfizer is seeking to terminate with cause instead of paying severance now. I work in HR in the UK and have seen emails related to this in the US regarding Groton.

My best advice: If you're offered a job in Collegeville even without any relocation compensation, take it.

In some markets including mine, the BT folks are not treated like shit by the business, maybe US BT management should look into what is going right elsewhere... they are probably too busy hiring contractors? Contractors asking BT local market people to fill ITIL templates?

JK: more then 50% of the revenue is now coming out of the US, maybe time to invest more BT $ outside US? we are not that stupid :)

ARD first, then other groups. There are local groups whom feel isolated but should go (did i say SoDe ? if the upper board had any clue, they should dismiss Groton SoDe as fast as possible because they are burning up money fast trying to build an empire to make themselves indefensible and redundant (Shadow IT organization). This is not in the best interest of Pfizer, then again it is all about enlightened self-interest now, isn't it ?
