We are half time with zero benefits correct? This is nuts. Turnover will be substantial and often.
I am so thankful for this position. I have worked with OnCall for 8 years and they are the best CSO out there.
Wow, thanks Pfizer. That extra $900 a quarter, best case scenario, for full time folks (which virtually nobody is) will come in REAL handy. What a crap contract.
My offer letter states $2k/month, $500 car allowance, and $500 per month for hitting 96% of targets. It didn't say anything about call quality being a part of the mix. On Call needs to have a private conference call with the reps on this contract and explain some things.
They have the best leadership, internal support and clients. They care about their reps. They work hard to keep reps employed from contract to contract. That is more important to me than a few dollars.
I feel like I need to apologize to the Premarin folks that may be reading these posts. They kicked in an extra bonus today and people are dismissing it as if it were nothing. I need this job and appreciate everything they are doing for us.
