Another activist buys stake in Kenvue and talks about sale and breakup.
Can only be a matter of time now. Third Point and Toms will want to see changes. Starboard on the board pushing. Don't get too comfortable.

The “FT” is reporting that Brookshire Hathaway is to announce acquisition of our organization Friday.

Right but our results will really suck next week, so they need a way to change the narrative with all the activists circling. So what if they sell too cheap - it’s self preservation mode for the c suite.

More than half of people in Ops are fraudsters. Not working just acting busy. The remaining just float around, doing the minimum & waiting for the severance package. VPs are trying to stick around buying more time to get their fat LTI vested. Strategies keep changing every single year thanks to faint-hearted management folks whose luck ran out. There is no hope for organization that rots like this.

As an OPS D1 can confirm. Just twiddling my thumbs in Summit trying to look busy.

Either the beginning of the end or in the thick of it. Being sold off for parts or a complete merge with a larger CPG.
This. Exactly. Interim CEO appointed by activist investors. Other C-levels will “retire” with golden diapers. Some quick cash moves to dump a few brands while they look for a bigger acquisition or sell off.
