As a newbie to sales, I had no idea how bad this could be. I'm not sure if it's just my manager or if it's all the managers, but I'm not interested in sleeping with him or any of my clients. Is this just in one district (ie one manager) or is it the norm? I'm frightened that I'm going to loose my job if I don't.

Well, if you don't "loose" your job because you won't sleep with your manager, maybe you should "loose" your job because you don't know how to spell.

Oh, wait a minute. I forgot. Not knowing how to spell qualifies you to become a top-level executive. My bad!

Here's a hint on how to advance at Antech. Make sure your legs look great, and you always keep the top TWO buttons on your blouse open at all the sales meetings.

If you do that, you will soon become a district manager yourself.
 
I hope you are joking 'newbie to sales'. If your manager and/or clients are pressuring you for sexual favors, and you feel your job is threatened, go grab an attorney. Visit your local Equal Employment office and file a complaint. You'll walk with way more money than this low life company would ever pay you. I wouldn't go to HR here either. That group is on board with the douche bag 'ol boys club' that thinks they are so strong and powerful.

If you go through these boards you will find that your experience is the norm rather than the exception.

I will repeat what others have said re Human Resources. One of my former coworkers went to hr with a complaint of inappropriate behavior, and 8 months later she lost her job.
The stink starts at the top.
