I am so sorry about your brother. The flip side of your comment though is that there are a lot of people taking drugs to "enhance" their life, and all the docs are doing is putting another patient on another drug that is going to have another side effect that will require yet another drug. There are geriatric patients taking 15+ medications DAILY. It's ridiculous.That is what needs to stop. That is one of the things driving the cost of medical care up as well.
