YUP December 2018 lots of CS received a bonus for 20,000 the letter said if you accept the award then you have to stay 2 years.

INDV wasn't successful in collecting from those who left with in 2 years

Best thing I have done in my career is leave Indivior . I am learning and doing so much better mind , spirit and wouldn’t have if I stayed. Something to think about ...their are more options than getting stuck there.

You also forgot to mention the financial windfall. My total comp package went up nearly 80% when I left.

Wow, I see a guy that was in training about 10 years begging for a new role on LinkedIn. How do you sell your skills? When the last to companies you have been with in the training department have been under DOJ investigation. Age and history are not on your side. Be glad you haven't gone to jail.

Working here is so strange. Devoid of culture, and everyone seems to be trying so hard to leave. I took the job just to make my fun money since my spouse is making big bucks. Will be interesting to see how this story ends!
