Waste of time, money and effort.
With all the chatter on this board from the 2nd and 3rd stringers, you would think that everyone would be leaving but here we are with the same old, same old of tired complaints and low energy sales people. Time to clean house & remove the dead wood.

sometimes change can be scary but after many years here and talking to countless others in the same boat it’s time I’m paid what I am worth. I have never posted here ever. This is my first and my last, don’t care if you believe it. I have done my due diligence. I am making 100,000 here and have been offered 175,000 a 2023 company car, stock at start, a sign on of 18,000 and a guaranteed first commission for 100 days, 20,000. Enjoy the surge, I’ll be playing with the big kids.

That is the range I was told by Novartis guessing that’s where you’re going too. You are so right we are not paid a livable wage here. Funny how all the higher ups are getting paid ridiculous amounts of money from a company that is not profitable. Maybe they should consider raising every single persons salary to be competitive. I’m on my final interview this week the Panel can you offer any suggestions?
