Thoughts on POA?

What happened? I heard something but didn’t get the details
Treated a person like crap in front of their team. Something that could have been done in private but instead he chose a public emotional outburst. Said person put in their notice and was still invited to the POA to train others before leaving, so did nothing wrong. I was in one of their groups and would have never guessed they were leaving. Full of passion and great ideas. That person was 110% professional. The other person…not so much.

That’s terrible.

Do you mean Sheldon ?

In all my years of pharma I have never witnessed such standoff and entitled management. Not one person above a RSM is humbled in the least bit.
I've heard the board of directors are lazy and love their fancy dinners and no accountability for Sheldon and the team and their under performance while stealing stock options and do dilution offerings at the worst times.

This is totally true. Not a launch meeting or anything special. They’re flying the whole company to Orlando and we get to choose between Disney, Universal. I’m excited because I’ve never been, but my first thought was yikes I bet that’s expensive

Class move by Sheldon, the ROI is going to be spectacular. Gosh it’s good to be on board with a company that believes in their people and sees a bigger and brighter future. We will deliver on this.
