Seriously? Ok here is my prediction. There will be an earthquake of serious magnitude hit the central US. In 50 years Ill take a bow too. Get off das nutsy sacko!
I'll stick with TIC TOC...the process was set long ago...takes time to drain all that money.

There may be several claims to the title Tic Toc. It doesn't really matter because the prediction of failure is easy concerning start up companies. Most do fail within 5 years. The obvious additional clues to Graceway's failure starts with the list of those in "leadership" roles. Each of them are associated with previous failures. The clearest clue is the sociopathic bully J.G. who is so egocentric that only his warped beliefs matter. Add to it the family members placed into important rolls and failure was unavoidable.

Andy Hockman must have known how bad it was early on, he worked between JG and nephew.
Why do you want to give Tic Toc credit. Anybody could have written in general terms with out any specifics that GW was doomed and going out of business. What tic toc failed to do is to say what time period or actually he did he said last year and before that he said the year before that. Also, tic toc failed to get into the Why's. The moral of this tic toc story is that anyone can make up anything at anytime and possibly stumble into the right outcome.
So is tic toc the virtual 10,000 monkeys with typewriters who eventually given enough time could write Shakespeare? Its too late to pick the bones of the why, who and when.
Graceway was a good investment for some people but a waste of productive lives for so many others; it was planned that way. The sorry moral is that those responsible for the why's are going unpunished and probably with a bag full of money, too.

I disagree. Tic Toc had a list of issues identified that eventually lead to the failure of the company. The crux of which were incompetent management and failure to plan for key business events.
It is a mistake to call Graveway a startup. The profitable profit line and posisitive cash flow disqualify the entity as such.
