What the heck is up w the investigations with that DeNovo team. Uh oh...did they forget that Advamed still applies to them (but what if no one is looking) is it true that the docs are only implanting because the $$$$ keep flowing...consultants, studies...I forgot. My doc said he was just interviewed by the justice dept about this group and their dealins and he doesn't even use Bio. What's up? IS it still the Max B effect?

So the 'justice dept' elected to interview a 'doc' that doesn't even use Bio about that company's 'dealins'? If this were true, then by the time the Justice Department builds their case I'll be retired. But - since it's false, you sound like a dipshit.

what is relevant is the discussion that transpired, not whether or not the doc implants BIO.
Plus, this particular physician may have been mentioned once or repetitively in the thousands of communications confiscated by DoJ. Based on previous cases, your 'buddy' doctors squeal like pigs when the Feds get involved. The doctor could even state in his deposition with the DoJ that he declined the BIO offer due to the particular content of the 'discussions'. This would be captured in the depostion and could be admissable in court, though it will never get that far. Settlement will precede court.

The DoJ is very thorough and will not leave a moldy stone unturned. Regarding your retirement, well maybe it's time for you right now. Out with the old ..... in with the new.
