Which is fine in big pharma. In a start up you need someone 60-80 hrs a week to get things going. We had our chance a year ago, now it's just a waiting game

There has been nearly a complete turnover in leadership, management, key account coverage, billing, reimbursement, customer service and marketing so it's hard to blame the new guys and gals.
Greg has been here throughout and accountability has to land somewhere.
Hopefully the day it happens I will have come back from a good lunch, taken my obligatory crap, and will be reading a congratulatory email from Jack telling me what a great job I'm dong,
