A Zwickl tickle is where she taps you on the shoulder or any other part for that matter, and tells you that you are one of the ones they will include in the circle. You are then required to work on committees, special projects, that either get her buddies promoted or you end up doing all their work for them. She continues to tickle you, so you feel good, thinking you are one of them, leading you on for months, then nothing happens. You keep busting your ass to make her boys look good, ( or 2 of the women allowed in the circle) more committees, projects and teams, even applying for management training programs. All the while laughing at you "sucker".
Boom:
Management promotions are then put on hold. You get nothing and have to like it.

Over half of the people who applied for the management training program, had been threatened with performance plans, demoted or are complete morons. The incompetence and ability to kiss up makes them perfect candidates for management positions.
I wouldn't believe a things that comes out her mouth. Start looking for another job.

Well, I am already speaking my new Regional VP about new positions, and it was facilitated by Ameripath management since I was part of the program. So like I said, working out for me.
Management needs to stick to what they do best, "cover their ass". Why waste time on a putz like you. They will all be gone soon.
Most already know that an endorsement from Ameripath sales management is not a good thing. But you did get to sit next to her the other day.

It is actually pretty exciting to see the number of promotions for AmeriPath people in the new organization. Director of Sales Training, and ESD, KAE, multiple Sales Directors and more promotions to come. Take your bitterness and resentment elsewhere.
The promotions are laughable and predictable. The Interim's and the ones who were tickling got the promotions. Again, all the decent managers and reps have left for bigger and better gigs. At the end of this so called re-org, it's going to be the same old BS with worthless leaders.
Nobody really cares about Ameripath. The only
ones who care are the few that made the big bucks when Quest bought Ameripath.

Please don't insult the toilet cleaning personnel, they are at least decent, hard working, honest people.
