KM put the hole in the ship in 2021!
Not present at the company to understand business. The so called leadership team is busy in meetings changing peoples titles. Home office is busy writing up company posts that ignore anything good at the company. They want this company value to drop and then KM can have his buddy buy it out to take it over change leadership and then have a new marketing team magically publish something positive about the drugs we do have. What is the point of this shit show? 2 years of injections makes maybe next year no patch CBD and a sold off cancer drug. Pick a specialty and focus. Pick a direction and strategy and stick to it- why change it every couple weeks. How much time was wasted changing the titles of the BHAS/FAS and CAMs- possible levels and BS. This is the biggest shit show of a company. Just terrible leadership. More managers and reps about to leave - exodus begins July1 and noone gives a F - just keep hiring new people and taking a year to train them losing business! Great strategy hire incompetent leaders and waste our time. Even doctors think Radius is a joke. The thought leaders are leaving too. A once great company was dismantled and torn apart piece by piece until its self destructing. I can finally breath fresh air and sleep after leaving this place. Some of these reps have people fooled they are tools too.
