Look at the time line, the demise of Akorn started under BK leadership style. How many VP’s can one company have? Time to vote BK off the island - and then clean house with removal of his “team” frought with lieing, headless operations personnel. Raj, take back your company. Rebuild the culture of trust and market share growth. Restructure back to the model of lean, mean and quality/customer focus.

I've never worked under someone as clueless and ineffectual as Ron B! He has no idea how to motivate a sales force! He can't lead from experience. He has garnered no support from the field because he treats us with utter contempt! A college grad would be better at his role than he is! Clean House, Raj! I'll be happy to fill the role!!!

Do not hold your breath, nothing changes at this company. We have expressed our concerns, upper management does not do anything. The definitional of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. Akorn = Insanity.
