More lay-offs (eliminations) are coming. With TM numbers diminishing as their territories greatly expand, gotta believe RSMs will be targeted. The NYC manager is again a TM once the Manhattan TM left for a bigger pay check. Empire RSM was disliked by the troops so putting her in a territory eliminated her uselessness as a manager, and fills a territory. Remember that VT, a very good TM, had been promoted to an ostomy RSM--he failed miserably and was demoted back to TM.There are now too many RSMs, and a lot of them could not manage a wet dream anyway, though many of them were at times successful TMs, there you go...eliminate a number of these incompetent RSMs, fill open terriotries, and it's a Win-Win-Win:
Customers (win) are serviced by a pretty good TM (most of our RSMs, as much as we disliked having to work for these imbeciles, were competent TMs), ConvaTec (wins) doesn't have to hire a Newbie (expensive!! with all the training and inherent lost business along the way), and TMs (WIN!) are ridded of the cancerous influence of these useless RSMs. Wow--what a plan!
