time to wake up

with so many people leaving from all parts of the business isnt it time for the management team to look in the mirror and realize it is their own fault? bashing other companies, people and making people feel guilty for leaving only makes you look bad. its best that you wish people luck and let them move on. time to wake up.

Don't forget telling people that you have dirt on the management of other companies is very childish and immature. Smells of desperation.

Also, if you live in a glass house you shouldn't throw stones. Google "DK" and you will see not 1 but 2 mug shots. Talk about digging up dirt. What a joke this management team is here.

just pathetic. i have dirt, we have a future, they don't have a future, i'm disappointed, your old rm sucked, etc, etc, etc.

have a little respect for yourself and those that put in the hours over the past few years keeping things going. industry is small and ft dodge's history is being erased from memories more & more.

what an @$$hole

what regions lost reps this week? I heard the west, south central, south east and midatlantic? Not sure how many from each region. Are there more?

People should do what makes them happy or gives them the best chance to be successful. Threads like this are so disappointing. The participants clearly know each other. Deal with differences like professionals.

We are attempting to do just that. Be happy and succeed. Unfortunately there are some serious dinks in the field that make it very difficult some days. Try not to take the threads too seriously. We blow off some steam, vent anonymously things we would never say in the field, so that when we're working we ARE professional. We're some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. But if you're a slimy, rotten douchebag, who makes our workweek miserable we're gonna assassinate your character semi-anonymously here on the boards as a warning to our other professional friends. Deal with that.

Poster #11. You"re behavior is anything but professional. Childish is a more appropriate description. Grow up, stop attacking people anonymously, and just go if you're not happy. Just to be clear - I'm not attacking you - just the way you are behaving.

Yep. I'm #11. My behavior is only a reaction to others bad behavior. I only post to expose the unethical and unprofessional. I leave much unsaid especially if it's only unproven hearsay. What's wrong with telling it like it is and letting people know there are scumbags, thankfully few and far between, in the industry ? Did I hurt your feelings ?

I heard there were a bunch of resignations on Friday and more this morning.

so far I have heard 1 in west (Oregon), 1 in TX (AS), 2 in the SE (CM and NM), 2 in MA (JT and KB), also heard the rep. in OK resigned yesterday (BC). That is 7 TMs in a week. That is 12% of our salesforce and don't forget the 2 RMs.
