It is disheartening and concerning what is taking place in the lab on the weekends. The absence of management seems to encourage dishonest behavior. I feel the need to alert anyone who wants to listen to the dishonesty I've heard of and witnessed myself in order to rectify the situation.

I have noticed for a few months, when leaving 9am on Saturday, she doesn't appear to be present. Upon returning at 9pm she still appears to be absent. When I inquire about her whereabouts, I'm told she's left for the day. Due to schedule hours, there should be a time overlap. Last week I noticed Max C clocking her in, this seems to be the source of her absence during certain hours.

I know she had some sort of disciplinary action taken against her for similar issues in the past, but I guess it wasn't taken seriously.
 






this girl deserves to be on this blog!!! she's forever seeking attention. She claims Pete called her into the office questioning her about her hours and she told him off because she's had enough with his bullshit. But who believes that liar anyways?

Shut up!!1 no one care about your lies and everyone knows you love yourself. 2. you keep doing your home work on company's time. since they don't care that's the only smart thing you are doing.
 


You come off like such a beta coward...grow a pair and really speak up where it matters...in the lab, son, not on some silly message board.

Anyone else want to challenge your leadership? At least be adult enough to do it face-to-face in the lab. Your behavior on this board is a performance issue. The previous poster (your FORMER coworker) found out the hard way. Don't repeat his mistake.

funny. i posted something in hebrew and VT thought it was someone working at mdl. mysteriously, he was fired and it wasn't even him.

I'll be interviewing with this company sometime in near future for somewhere in USA. I was told I would be getting 60k for base as an SSE. Choice of company car or get paid IRS rate of 56 cents. Comm is unlimited. Vacancy in said area is due to expansion. Any comments? True? Not true? Half true? Run like hell? Also, who the f*#$ is VT? Does she command respect? Does she treat others with respect? I've heard she is like an immature nightmare.

Just curious..........does anyone think or know if EM or VT actually ever comes here and reads any of this?

( hand over my mouth ) ......wow. My former coworker found out the hard way? How did you find out it was him? I'm truly in awe. Also, if you really knew the identity of anyone or everyone who posts......mdl would not have any employees.
 


Wow. Everyone is very dark on this blog. Look, Like every company, MDL has A-holes in its midst. It also has bright, friendly, motivated and normal people. I don't have a clue what it is like to work with VT, but most of the folks mentioned on this blog (PW, EM, MA)aren't the monsters being described here. If you work for an A-hole, and I know there are some departments where that is the status quo) move on. It's in your interest.

On the other hand, I work in a department where everyone is treated with respect and consideration and while I don't love my job (there is a reason it is called "work")--I don't hate it or mind coming in during the week either.

Do not believe the 99% darkness reflected in this blog. It just isn't a fair reflection of MDL.

When she leaves or gets fired.....you'll see a much different atmosphere and environment...ie more positive comments here than negative.

This company is a mess. total dysfunction from the top down. Operations, sales, marketing, managed care, etc...are we a molecular lab? Yes. No? Are we a pathology lab? No. yes. Are we a womens health lab?

Excellent. Above poster is absolutely correct. Almost all of this is contributed to just one person..........VT!!! Get rid of her and watch 2 things happen: morale will rise at mdl and VT will be added to the unemployment data. Look at her history. She had no business rising any further than a wall-flower sales rep.
