I worked with this clown at GSK. People constantly laughed at him behind his back. He thinks he’s the smartest guy in the room while everyone considers him the opposite. In the end I felt sorry for him. Was only a matter of time before leadership got rid of him.

Instead of focusing on others, focus on YOU. There's a reason why you all haven't progressed in your careers.
 
It’s strange how a once cutting edge organization like Genentech hired a bunch of GSK losers. That company is a shell of what it once was and those people took it there.

Seriously? The people who progressed in field medical only and don’t speak up for the field they are merely the followers. Toby is absent, not a real MD (research that) and one of the most tone deaf in a leadership role look at Bea she’s terrible leader and here we are again with the worst leadership in any division of the company. Toby is also clueless but he has cool tattoos!

Christ he is so cringy that guy. The most uncool “cool” dude ever. And yeah, completely absent leader. Figuratively and literally.
 
We have a lot of DEI hires from GSK. All totally incompetent like the one in Kansas City. Another one that believes she is the smartest person in the room, while people laugh at her behind her back.
 
Look up the Fox News report of Toby driving his one year old at 90mph with 6 empty bottles of vodka and countless cans of empty beer cans getting stopped for drunk driving. At GSK was a total disaster. The most uninspiring man on the planet and completely unintelligible and had no clue about his role. Was invited to a department offsite where he told us we’d all failed and should consider why the Nazis lost WWII because they failed to plan and got their tanks stuck in the mud !!! Then had to be screened off a team building boat ride because he was drunk as a skunk and they were hiding his exit. Utter clown. What was GNE thinking when they hired him. Fire him asap and save yourselves.
