You are joking, right? He has fired at least 50 people in the HO since Jan24 under the guise of this focused innovator bs when really its because these people did not agree with him or pushed back. He only protects his white male Sunovion cronies and continues to hire that same demographic at senior levels. People in HO live in fear of him and his wrath and moods.

As long as he fires HO people whom are basically useless anyway and stays away from the field, I don’t care how many he fires! If he ever figures out he could do with cutting sales by 50% and not miss a dollar in sales, we are screwed!

On psych side I would probably agree. Neuro maybe you could cut 25% but any more would impact growth

You’re putting your small sample size and lack of knowledge about how Gibbs constructs his reorgs on display here. Lundbeck is far from his first rodeo. He’s methodical and very scripted in his process. Gibbs ALWAYS starts his reorg process in house and about 1 year before he butchers his sales force. This is fact and not personal opinion. Do your research and just know Gibs is coming for the sales force in roughly 1 year.

This is very old and inaccurate data. He may come for the sales force but that’s because they SUCK here especially in Psych
