Top 3 things you DON'T have in the field



Agree that there is always a trust issue. The metrics haven't changed since the 90's but the medical community has drastically clamped down on access. Telling reps to predict how many face to face DOCTOR interactions they can make each quarter or half year is a joke. Reality is, the docs keep themselves hidden and only allow us to actually see or talk to underlings. When will BMS move to a plan that does away with daily call metrics and treat it's employees with trust and respect? RAEs and NAEs don't deal with the metric BS.
