Do you think they can bring us all together in California for training or is it too risky for Acadia? Do you think it will be virtual? I heard 4th quarter.
I have had two video interviews and two phone interviews. I am waiting for my final interview. Offer is supposed to be June 1. But that may have changed. I have not asked. They said the start date may not be till November due to COVID. Things keep changing. I am concerned this opportunity may not pan out because LTC facilities may not leave reps back in for a long time. They are under scrutiny with so many deaths occurring in them.
I have had two phone interviews. One with recruiter one with hiring manager. I agree that LTC may be a challenge to access; with a November offer date that puts you in the field mid December, i think they will re open LTC.
Dude it’s pharma. They have a training department so yeah, probably going to be some role playing. Maybe a certification to know wtf you’re talking about before you step in front of customers. They have trainers for a reason..to train you!! Maybe you should work for a company that thinks you’re so smart, we don’t need to train you. You’ll do well here hot shot
They will hire anyone who lies. They hired a woman who lied about her title & numbers. They were trying to cut her loose from her other LTC gig. No one checked her background. 100% nut job. It should be a piece of cake to pass Acadia’s background check.
