What kind of programs have you or your reps best responded to?

The problem with best response is determining if the Reps are faking positive responses. Our company mantra is very PC "must be creative, responsive and have a positive attitude" environment at NVS. Reps are concerned if they have a less than positive comment it will be viewed as a negative attitude and will be noted. It's hard to determine whats good because we've hired great sales Reps who know how to act. They're smart.
