the cutting/layoffs have begun...just remember though, we have a great culture! Celebrate it and don't let the door hit you in the ass on your way out. Let the transformation begin!!
 










This sounds like the beginning of a long term restructure. To SHAPE the organization break down silos and get rid of unnecessary positions. We all know there are too many layers, people who should go. I just hope we keep our sight on revenue generation rather than DEIB
