Transparency and trust?

Mark Wright at managers meeting (with Michelle Kertes of HR in room) -
"I'm going to tell you something that I didn't say. I see Michelle Kertes and should'nt say this but I will. You heard it, but you didn't hear it. Doing your year end reviews, consider who you do not want to take over the bridge into 2011. Now is your time to make sure they do not make it. Read between the lines."

Transparency and trust? You decide.

I copied this post and sent it as E-mail to Tony Hooper asking for him to personally investigate. We'll see how long Mark W. sticks around now. His days are numbered would be my guess.

What Mark Write is saying is that all lay offs are subjective. Because Michelle Kertes was in the room and no official statement came from HR shows that this has always been the policy. Anyone from BMS that has been laid off has an ironclad lawsuit unless Weight is fired for his statements.

Lawsuit? For what? You are an "at will" employee - read between Those lines. Personally, I think there are people who should have been shown the door a long time ago - my only question is "Mark, what took you so long?" Besides, aren't you the same children who brag about not working, and go on and on about how this isn't "selling"? Time's up, kiddies; bye bye.

Agreed, they should fire you. Your delusional.
