Transparency on comp oncology unit

Looking at a few roles and recruiting appears to be less than transparent in comp. Looking for facts from reps
Oncology sales grade 19
Published to 217k but recruiter saying want to stay below $200. 25k stock a year? Bonus? Friends interviewing why publish to 217k and offer 185k?

MEEM role grade 20
Salary 200-240k, Annual bonus percentage ? Stock annual 40k?
Do MEEMs get fleet vehicle or is it different by manager? Elahar? Telsio V?

Marketing grade 20
Salary posted to 247k recruiter tried 200 as highest. Said no. Would need to be closer to 230k. Annual bomus% stock said 30k less than MEEM for same grade.

Seems no consistency by grade. What am I not understanding? Seems you just have to negotiate with hiring manager and recruiting is low balling or doesn’t know.

Or they are giving you numbers reflective of your qualifications and experience. They will offer more to people with more of both

Get the most you can when coming here. Raises are well below industry standard after that. So if you don't like the starting salary, walk and don't look back.

Fair advice. I have passed on a couple. Just confused why one manager pays 30K more for same title and grade. I am not accepting a low ball. Appears no standardization.

They're not making 240K. They posted up to 230k but max they offered is 200k and that was as high as they wanted to go. Some negotiated a little more but none are making anywhere near 240k.

My friend got offered 235k as SAM
Countered to 240k and got it. He is chosen in the GOB network though. Sorry you were low balled.
