What are everyone’s thoughts on TS Data Services? Are they effectively delivering value and aligning with business needs? Is there evidence of leadership corruption, such as favoritism in hiring or vendor selection, kickback?

Patricia has no clue, it’s quite evident that she is not technical and she doesn’t understand Data.

Anil is a nice guy with the right intent, his team needs to be revamped. They have been in the team for decades and they don’t have any new thought process.

Sajjad is completely incompetent and can’t hold any data related conversation for even 5 minutes. Adds no value, just plays the role of managing SOW. His whole org can be eliminated with no impact to JNJ.

Disagree, actually TS Data Services is the on,y areas within TA Application services which stand on its own two legs. We can have varying POV on different people but there is lot of competency in that team and they are delivering value including Anil and Sajjad… Real problems are is with Jim Swanson on his cartoon CIO role where has hasn’t shown any leadership to business …
