Exactly what I expected from our Leadership.

The "pilot", which is really the 2nd pilot if you include Covid, was successful. But leadership decided to say FU and will continue to mandate 3 days a week in the office.

Thank you to our leaders for not being leaders, and not believing in the technology we engineer, deploy, and support.
 










You're not getting the impression that they're going to force everyone to RTO just to let people go for free?

yes they are planning to let people go. its the only way to improve the diversity profile. it you are a white male your job is toast. white females will also be targeted to some extent.
 




Question to ask is do we need TS, a big resounding NO for me. This is the most wasteful organization with layers after layers with no demonstrable outcomes. Leader sitting in Singapore with no strategy of any kind.
