Turnover in GI


Poster #19: I will not copy your ridiculously long rant because it's a waste of space. However, I do have some concerns:

Are you on drugs? Your level of paranoia is concerning. I understand that some competitive intelligence exists. But, if you think anyone cares about how we are aligned, compensated, etc you are certifiably insane. We sell a BOWEL PREP. Earth to crazy person- we are not selling or creating innovative therapies (in GI at least, other divisions it's a different story). In fact, this amazing rectal foam we are supposed to have in a year or two, is currently being launched by another company. So, I don't think many companies are concerned about Ferring. We don't set trends, we copy everyone else's. Then, we charge triple the price for our drugs, because we have this false arrogance that "we don't have to discount our drugs" to compete. Really? Maybe that's why Prepopik is sitting at 5.9% market share. Nothing like putting a big red expensive bow on a turd.

listen fruit cake, no drugs, no paranoia on that one. All in the Industry can benefit from the heads up. These people have their hand in most if not all pharma markets. No on too big or too small. And yes, every market has a competitor that will pay ass holes to look for shit. Any shit. Don't want to know it, your choice, and your loss. Obv you love to hear your own rants. Keep on talking smack about the company that pays you. Displays your intelligence well.
 

Too many issues in this division. I have made every effort to stick this out, but I am tired of the situation not improving. I am interviewing trying to get a better opportunity. Does anyone know the exact number of reps who have left in GI, just in 2014? I know more than half of this division has been replaced but wondered if anyone is keeping an exact tally? This will be one of the examples I use during my interviews when the DM wants to know why I am leaving. Any info would be appreciated.

Ya, true A hole here is OP. Like we're supposed to buy that she needs to know "exact number of reps that have left, JUST IN 2014" because she wants to quote the "exact tally" number to use in an interview with the hiring DM. Claims she'll use this information to support why she is leaving this job....bwahahahaha! That's a nice one! What an idiot! Obviously these CI firms hire complete dolts from outside pharma. Dolts that think we are the idiots that will keep on falling for this shiz. Wrong jack ass. Keep on digging. Some of us have seen brand manager Gap analysis. Some of us know the type of questions that outside firms have to research and find out specifics on competitors by a certain deadline. Some brand team somewhere was definitely looking for this 'consulting firm/jack ass' to find out, for some reason, Ferrings exact GI SF turnover rate. Sorry mister know it all, they look for these specifics. I might just start a "tally" on the jack ass tools that come up with ass wipe questions like this original poster, and another Tally of the idiots that defend them.
 
Whether it relates to this particular threads OP or not, who cares, good to be aware. Why should we continue to let the snitches enjoy flying under the radar for so long? Jokes no longer on us. Good stuff.

That's fine though, because I will get the last laugh. You hard core Ferring people keep defending this sinking ship. If you are content here, then stay. The reason why the turnover in 2014 question is relevant is due to the fact that so many people have left in less than a year. If we really wanted to get creative, we could throw out numbers of people that have been here since the launch of Prepopik. Sadly, that small number would be even more embarrassing.

Bottom line- don't deflect the real issues in this division with all of this "competitive intelligence" BS. It makes you look silly.

The Ferring GI marketing team has done an outstanding job considering the competitive dynamic of the current maker landscape. Kudos the senior leadership team for inculcating strategic vision with tactical excellence. As a result, and combined with my sales skills and territory management my territory is 100% of target and I will receive full bonus. Thanks to Ferring
