Every year, especially around Thanksgiving they have layoffs.
TZIELD is probably the worst division to be in. Overpaid for a company/product. It's been a complete disaster since then. While the product is great, it's so hard to get patients as you have to get them before they're actually diagnosed. The budget is not there for help, as all the money in the company gets focused on dupixent. You won't get help, have impossible goals, and intense micromanaging.
The help is provided by the company, the goals are reasonablish…. Very chaotic though, strategy changes every 3 months. and PSS likes to point the finger at everyone else.
