I was choose to be on a call by my manager today for some virtual bullshit
that might be coming every reps way. They are using some dip shit outside company to shadow us on virtual calls and then rate us? Anyone else heard of this crap?

Who decides who is picked to be shadowed? Sounds like a way for management to target people they don’t like.

there already is a lot of turnover they could care less. when all the reps with relationships leave they will back fill them with cheap inexperienced NA's who have no selling ability or experience
