Charlie is okay, he may not be liked or respected but he is not the idiot that he is made out to be! This company has many problems and he is only a minor distraction.
Uncle Charlie screwed me several years ago. Company weeded out mature reps and uncle Charlie was there to be the point person. Pretends he's your friend and then tucks his balls when management calls. Glad to see he was promoted to hell. Well deserved UC.
