Can anyone tell me what this clown does? I hear people, including leadership, talk poorly about this guy all the time. We are paying him a ton of money, and what value is he bringing to the company?
Great 3 year anniversary video. Way to rally company morale. What would really help morale is not constantly being told by our customers that our company is for sale, and our leadership is focused only on selling out.
Also, the “sacrifice” he and the other executives made to raise the employee bonus form 48% to 60% is a joke. We make this guy 100% of his salary. He is being paid too much if sacrificing his bonus raises everyone else’s bonus by 12%.
