Why do all the Vanda jobs in my geographic state area seem to turn around at least twice a year. I constantly see posting for these vacant territories. FYI I'm in the pacific northwest. Can you not keep reps for more than 6 months? What's going on? Why are they always leaving your company? I know not to apply. With the low pay and no company car i say no way jose!

It’s a rebound job. Nothing more than a 6 month pay check while conducting a thorough job search. And yes mgmt here does the same thing,

I still think experienced Reps can get a base pay of 130K. We do have company cars now small Audi SUVs.
They just had a salesforce expansion of doubling the salesforce

We Had the National meeting in February
So there will not be one till next Feb Almost a year away
