Perspective: There is one over-riding concern for the sales force - sustainability and future structure.

Transparency: Would have liked that addressed today, since you were all crammed in the same room.

Accountability: See above.

Shared Success: rah rah, clap clap. Funny, how fickle the data is when you look month over month.

Calculated Risk: You gambled today - play back you call and review your work. If you were a 15 yr rep - do you think you were impactful? Did you address concerns or simply barf on the audience? Was it a dialogue? The Risk today was telling what we all know or will be aware of for promotion vs ignoring what over 90% of attendees really wanted to hear about - what is our future force stucture, when will it be implemented OR a simple word or two about the fact that all sales structure will remain at current levels until ( insert date ) -

The sales forces (s) are unnerved and just want to know, order a car, get samples, get data, pif a prgm and roll.
