vPAC Pfizer contract

What are your thoughts about contract/role?

Pfizer people seem very nice and want this to be successful. Some issues with system that are being addressed. It a small contract

The team I am on are very nice and helpful, as this is first time with contract and didn’t exactly know what that meant. Didn’t know that Pfizer could stop at any time

So how are things on this contract? Is it a short term contract or does it might last a year?

No time given for contract. It started in Oct & still getting kinks out in their system. As with any contract they can end at a moments notice. Poof....no job, no income

Contract started small summer of 2022 then expanded in late 22. Reorg sept 23, lost reps and managers. Hard to say. Seems ok for now. Contract is smaller now.

Vpac team seems to be expanding in what we do, which is great. More patient access. However, some teams are having issues with a manager and their micromanaging ways of doing things. Some are a bit petty, some are just rude on dealing with their team. Doesn't make for a pleasant work environment.

The managers are a Joke…especially the ones in the Midwest!!! Complete idiots who are only looking out for themselves

No. VPAC is a virtual contract

Its a Patient Access project, mostly RNs, no dumb ass sales need apply

No, u don’t have to live in the state. A number of vPACs don’t live in the state or even time zone. Apply, nothing to loose. Hopefully, u won’t get the manager that has issues with micromanaging the team

If something is open -apply. As long as you don't have to be in an office shouldn't be an issue. Remote jobs are everywhere
