Are reps laid off on the Amylin contract covered by the WARN ACT. Generally if a large number of people are laid off the Warn act requires a 60 day notice. I just wonder if this applies to us?

Only if they have peckers longer than 8 inches or in the case of females can "stop, drop and blow" on demand
