Alright.... the DMs and "leadership" are all out in DC. Let's have some fun with this. Try to guess what ridiculous initiatives will be rolled out for the rest of you to suffer through. And what will be the most fantastic story of the great future of the company?
 

About to arrive. Please please please make this go fast. We know this is jury-rigged to "increase my engagement" so let me fill out another survey and tell you how great this was - best meeting ever Mike! Way to go. Hoo-rah for FLM.
 
Sorry - no workshops. No mention of leadership. Remember, this is for DSMs and RSDs and the decision was made that it would be senseless to try to incorporate any kind of leadership development workshops with a bunch of box checking idiots.

Now at the CSA and PAS meetings, leadership will be happening. Not in DC.
 
I would say they are discussing the reorganization plans for the company! So, many negative things have happened in the last four weeks, that AZ has to make sales force adjustments. Let's see.....Brillanta delay...Certriad dead (we all knew that months ago).....Medimunne's product also died....Oncology product delayed...oh and how can I forget the Lipitor $4 co-pay card! But, everyone remember we still must grow Crestor market share in 2011! Oh and there is a Plan B, we have been waiting since last May, but it is coming! This AZ ship is sinking and sinking fast...just look at the stock price! Please grab your life jacket!
 
AZ literally has an obsession with meetings and role playing. What idiot decided to get together a bunch of box checkers, in the dead of winter, in a city in the Northeast??!! MCL already has a meeting set up after they get (RSD's/DM's) back to waste more time out of the field!! You can be they will get the "head count won't be affected" speech. God only knows what crap they will bring back from this useless, expensive affair!

Nice summary there- we will know soon, but the new $ is that they will ditch the contract folks and mix in Nexium back to MCR2.

You'll be more successful and sell more products if you use TSI more frequently and regurgitate the market-tested messages... the doctors need it (and brand teams will check it). They're not smart enough to understand what the drugs do; you simply have to tell them more often. And, the company is healthy and "right-sized". We have a robust portfolio of products in R&D. The sun is shining and if you're more engaged we'll all live happily ever after.

They are not discussing any reorganization plans. Try and be an adult about this and recognize the reality of the situation.

Any reorganization will be announced the same way the last one was. DSM's will be notified 24 hours ahead of the PSS's. They will be notified of a conference call at which time the announcement will be made to them. They will be sworn to secrecy (threatened) and told about the PSS teleconference that will take place the next day.

That will be the advance notice they get. No planning meetings, no discussions, no input. Thats how it will go.

No surprises here. Thanks for the update and keep em' coming. If they talk about how lousy the results are for the Focus Survey, PLEASE tell them that 99% of us HELD BACK our true feelings. Take a look around you at your fellow DM's and half or more will be gone by the first of 2012. Management has literally drained the life out of the sales force. Now, everyone I know dreads VM's and texts from DM's because God only knows what crap they are asking for now. We know that the crap you send us comes down from on high form the Head Idiots.

This will be our most critical year, and what does upper management do, THEY CALL ANOTHER USELESS MEETING! Does it ever, ever occur to them that we might need to be a little more responsible with our money??????????

Yes and he joined the same company that he had contracted with when he was at AZ. He gave them hundreds of thousands and they returned the favor by offering him a job. And guess who his number one client is? You bet, AZ. They realized that they could steal even more money by hiring Bonnell to keep the money flowing in from AZ and Bonnell can make more money than he ever dreamed as Tilton's chief flunky. And then they put on sessions at the FLM about integrity and ethics. Bye bye, I have to go puke now.

Is this really true? Can even AZ be THIS corrupt by dealing with Bonnell?? I guess there is no limits to just how corrupt this company is. It reeks with corruption.
You bet your sweet ass and legal likely wouldn't be able to touch him because he is holding hands with people at very high levels in the organization. And now evern more people at all levels are aware of what is going on. I guess the only way to increase your pay at AZ is to leave and come back as a vendor. But you have to know where the bodies are buried and grease the right palms. This is a scandal of the highest order. And the same people that are doing this will scream for our heads if we violate one of their idiotic compliance policies. Who is investigating them?

Nobody is gonna know they are gone until they get the call on their last day. You'll simply be asked to leave the field immediately and wait to receive your separation packet via FedEx. Rest assured that the company will remain as transparent as a block of steel...same as always. Your gas card and AMEX will be shut off before you get home. They have done this tens of thousands of times...literally.
