NY production/manufacturing are the same, they haven't been able to start ON TIME and CONSISTENTLY (more than 3 days in a row) for 2-3 YEARS now! leadership is into "blame-storming" in meetings about these issues, high school "cliques" run the show, thievery is now so obvious it's in the papers now that the feds are involved.. so simply "kiss ass", "keep your head down" and get "free money"..... these are NOT baseless accusations but documented facts.... the futures so bright we gotta wear shades!

Kissing ass was always the way to get ahead there, not quality work.
Place is a cross between a carnival and soap opera, where everyone's hair is on fire and they're too busy backstabbing each other to put out the fires.
If politics and bullshit are your game, this place is for you!
