Hired their own sales force and still can't make it - let's face it - it's not the salesforce's fault.

I work for CL and I must tell you that STRIANT SUCKS ASS! MD's want nothing to do with it.......There might be a few CL supporter's here but listen to the past. These people are CROOKS that do not pay out any bonus.

I have been on board since the begining you idiot. I left 2 weeks ago because the ship has been sinking for over a year now. How do you think they will pay out a bonus with the sales results that we are currently showing? To be honest, I would not pay the salesforce either. Our numbers are bad but the products are worse.

CL people are not leaving -------innovex people are leaving. all of us that work for CL have something to compare this to and that's why we're not leaving. this is a wonderful company and a wonderful group of people to work for. they've given us everything that we've asked for and treated us like gold. $750 a month plus having my gas payed for? go take a ride in your taurus. nobody forcing me to meet with my POD mates once a week? you go waste two hours every week. no BS reports to do so my manager can feel like he's in charge? i could go on and on. you don't have a clue! please don't feel like you can speak for me by misrepresenting yourself. i promise that i won't enter comments on the innovex thread. get some experience and come back and talk to me about CL after you have something to compare it to. the products are as good as anything i sold in big pharma. the difference is that it just takes more skills when you have one person in a territory versus 6-8 people. you have to work smarter and harder. we all realize that. until you have something to compare CL to, go fill sample closets. this is a wonderful company and we will all be much better off without losers like you.

RB is from CL - watch out for her - she is a real snake. Would do anything to keep her job - besides who else would hire her....she is desperate and desperate people can't be trusted......
 


What was Columbia's experience using Innovex? Any strengths or weaknesses compared to other CSO's out there? Anything that's going better now that the sales force is internal? (Well of course there are some obvious loyalties and such there, with an internal versus contracted sales force) Were there particular areas of strength in using Innovex and can anyone give a perception of the CSOs currently out there (like Innovex, Ventiv, PDI, Publicis)?
