Viatris, It’s basically Pfizer. That’s where most of their leaders came from.So if you know anybody that works for Pfizer You can get an idea of what things will look like. The good news is they don’t have a salesforce already so you may keep your job. But it will become Pfizerized.

It'll be fun to watch so called sales 'leadership' be out the door, regardless of what else happens...AND to see all the corp deadweight get the punt too
 


Have to love the professionalism of PD on the call, ripping compliance to the entire sales organization. What a great example of “senior leadership”. Hope someone from the department hears about it!

you don’t like it go ahead and leave. Go to Alcon - oh wait, they just got rid of the Kala and Aerie sales teams. Go to Allergan- shit they just laid off half their sales team. I got it, go to Novartis. Nope, they are getting rid of eye care. Just quit and stay. We’ll see how long it takes the “so called sales management” to run your ass out of here. Bye!

There is in fact a State of the Union call for Novartis eye care but it’s next week not this week. There’s no way they can keep all the reps. The numbers are terrible. Only 7 reps are currently at or above goal. Although the goals Novartis set were so ridiculous it’s no surprise. Just not sure how they can justify it to the board without making cuts. Also they have contract reps making virtual calls now so pretty sure field force will be cut
