Because we are dying a slow predictable death like ptcl patients. Big pharma is his style and knows nothing about hematology unless you consider taking an iron supplement hematology forget what our fantastic CEO says-iron pills is not oncology or hematology therapy. If you believe the line that there are 5500 patients waiting for fools gold folotyn then you are a great candidate, hell you should be a marketing director if you really believe it. There is no market for ptcl and placing our hope on europe is not a plan only a wish.

Im at AMAG and worked with K in the past. 100% accurate. Hes a sales trainer with all the cliches and silly word phrases like deepdive the account or FAST- which meant frequently apply selling tools -stupid shit. I dont believe he ever was passionate about his people he was more about himself and always was changing his mind no consistency whatsoever. Strange homelife what I remember.
