he is a VP at MD labs. As long as MD Lab does not perform any testing that MDL does he’s not violating his non-compete. He publicly thanked them on Linkden so I doubt he would do that if he was concerned about his non-compete.

Well, MD Labs does do women's health and STD's. But......who gives a rats' ass. He did the right thing and got the hell out. He's trying to make some money to pay bills. I have never ever heard of a company going after an employee because they have a right to work. Most likely 99% of all the sales reps who used to work at mdl are at a competitor. Why would they go into an unfamiliar industry?
