Very small layoff. They've been quietly laying off a few underperforming territories over the past year. My guess is anyone in the bottom 40% is at risk of layoff in the next 3-6 months. Seen a few great reps get pushed out and there will be more and then territories will be realigned so they can tell the VC guys how they are now more focused and it will grow sales.
 


Glickman needs to go! No vision , no word of qtr 4 commissions , fast50 a joke!
A lot I’m of talk and no action !
Annovera is not in pharmacies and on top of it all you sever relationship with Vitacare !

Glickman only here to cut costs and lose less money than Rob ever did. He needs to clean up the pieces from this epic failure of a company and sell this pos for whatever he can get for it. 40-50% of sales force will be evicted as well as half the overhead in corporate.
 








The org continues its death spiral. The new leadership is here to trim the balance sheet. VitaCare sold off. Prenatals being sold off. Small layoff after small layoff after small layoff and not even underperforming territories now. Stock at an all time low. Rob and Bernick pushed aside. Tenured reps mad that newer reps being brought on at significantly higher bases. Bonuses stagnant. Coverage for Imvexxy declining. Annovera hard to get and impossible to grow without inventory and in many areas without coverage. Company has great products but nobody will be surprised when they sell them off and no longer need a sales force. People at the top will get huge payouts as usual. Will be interesting to see how they pitch this situation at the NSM.

What happened to Rob & Bermick? Are they still with the organization?
 


R and B are still there, but definitely pushed to the back seat and not running the show. That's not necessarily a bad thing from a purely business perspective. Nothing against those guys and clearly the company needed to make some changes. Like them both, but I've not seen anything positive about the new regime.
