People, let's be honest. This is a "world class company". Don't you believe our CEO? After all PW has been CEO/president of 6 different companies over the past 14 years. He knows what to do. He cares about the employees. You will get raises. You will be world class. Wait, while I throw up in my mouth.....
Here's the deal: AAI is up for sale. Management is doing everything they can to show a profit on the books. They brought in this guppy cheerleader to run the company. Basically he goes in to companies, makes them show a profit, gets them, sold, and makes off with some bonuses. Now he's brought in his butt buddies to assist the process. They all act like they care but that couldn't be further from the truth.
I can't believe that the FDA recognizes MCW as a GMP facility. Anyone who has been there knows how run down the joint is. There is no hope for the facility ever becoming "world class". Employees don't have the resources they need in order to achieve goals. They aren't paid well. Employee moral does not exist. There is NO training program. The plant manager can't tell you what you must achieve in order to advance. When asked about advancement on a few occasions he responded with "show more leadership". Talk about the pot calling the kettle black. There is no matrix for which employees to follow in order to complete training. Also, employees are continuously moved from room to room with no repetition on equipment. You are told to sign batch records with no cosigner without being signed off on the SOP’s.
Continue down the management chain to the supervisor. JS has no idea how lead a group of people. He constantly talks about leaving and returning to the west coast. He puts down our great city and tells us how dirty it is. How's that for motivation? His morning meetings are a joke. He can’t pronounce most of the equipment and never makes his points clear. Very hard to understand when speaking. Has no experience on the manufacturing side of this industry but is asked to lead the manufacturing group. Manufacturing employees have no input into anything. Whatever management or quality says goes. It should be that all groups work together but Quality rarely takes the side of the floor employees.
Worst company ever worked for. Complete disaster on the manufacturing side. However, the labs are state of art.
